The main jobs that we carry out on a day to day basis are pitched and flat roof replacements. We also have a roof repair team that can visit premises and assess the damage and carry out the required repairs. Our team has the experience and knowledge to carry out all types of roof and guttering replacements and repairs for domestic and commercial premises.

What areas do you cover?

We mainly undertake roofing and guttering services across Norwich and Norfolk. Occasionally we do carry out jobs across the UK but we would need to assess the job before committing.

How much does your roofing service cost?

Each roofing job is different so our prices vary, we only charge for what we believe needs doing. No more, no less. One of our team will visit to carry out a roofing survey on your property to assess work works are required. If a repair is the best solution then we will quote for this but if we feel the roof or guttering is failing and needs replacing then we would provide a free quote for a replacement.

Do you charge for a roofing or guttering inspection?

No, if you have an issue we will arrange with you a suitable time to come and visit your property to inspect your issue at no cost. We then will provide you with a free no obligation quote for the required works.

How long does it take to install a new roof?

It all depends on the size of the job and the roof. We typically get a re-roof completed inside a week for a 2-3 bedroom property. Anything larger would take slightly longer. A new garage flat roof installation can take around 3 days.

Do I have to pay upfront for roofing works?

We don’t charge to come and inspect your roof or gutter issue and for small repairs we only send an invoice for the full amount once the job is complete. Larger jobs do require more of a layout upfront for us so we do request a 25% deposit payment to contribute towards initial expenses.

Do you offer a guarantee?

For all new roofing works and fascia, soffit and guttering we provide a 10 year workmanship guarantee. This covers you for up to 10 years if there is a fault due to poor workmanship, in the event of this we would come out and fix free of charge. For small repairs we cannot provide a guarantee as it is just a repair and is only temporary.

Can you do a cheap repair?

Our team prides itself on providing a high quality roofing service. We do not carry out any cheap repairs and only provide what we recommend needs doing after inspection. We don’t want to tarnish our name with bad work and cheap repairs more often than not lead to worse problems down the line.

How do I know you are the right roofing contractor for the job?

One of our roofers can visit your premises free of charge to inspection your issue. We will explain our findings and recommend what is needed to fix the problem and the cost. It is up to you then to make the right decision if you are happy with our feedback and quote.
